That’s why we have living plants in every room, why the entire hotel is designed to invite mindfulness and relaxation – and why we’ve taken the room with the very best view and turned it into a Breathing Room, that we call Forest Bathing.
Here, the abundance of plants, the view, the comfortable furniture and the gentle sound of the water invite you to unwind and breathe – whether through meditation, reading a book or listening to a podcast.
The space is open to all guests, no matter which room you’ve booked. Because everyone needs, and deserves, a break and a moment of calm.
We believe this space offers something extra – something truly special – to our guests. And perhaps it might even inspire you to create your own Breathing Room – or simply a Breathing Corner – at home.
You’ll find our Breathing Room on the 5th floor at the end of the corridor. It’s always open for you – just use your room key.
What is Forest Bathing?
Forest Bathing is the idea that a walk in the forest or other natural settings can have a healing effect on humans. When we are in nature and truly feel it, we become more present, and it serves as a kind of therapy for us. This stands in contrast to our busy, technology-filled lives in the cities.
