We’ve gathered some general information to help prepare you for your visit. Find answers to the most common questions, and feel free to reach out if you have any further inquiries.
Accessibility
Our hotel has handicap friendly rooms. Due to logistics, it is not possible to enter the breakfast restaurant without help from staff. We are of course ready to help in any way possible.
As a gesture, you can also order breakfast to the room. Please let Reception know no later han the day before at 8PM.
Adaptor
That thing you always forget to pack. Borrow one in the reception.
Amenities in the Room
All our rooms have TV with Chromecast, free Wi-Fi, hairdryer and coffee/tea making facilities.
We allow our guests to enjoy bathing products from iLoveEcoEssentials – certified natural and organic products containing 0% microplastics, packaged in bottles made from collected waste plastic and developed according to fair trade principles. In all rooms, you’ll find shampoo, conditioner, body wash as well as hand cream and hand lotion. If you want to extend the hotel experience, you can exclusively purchase the products at the reception.
Breakfast
Room reservations can be made with or without breakfast (though we know what we’d choose!).
Changed your mind after booking? No problem – you can add breakfast anytime for DKK 155 per person per day.

Saturday–Sunday: 07:00–10:30
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in starts at 3 PM. Are you here a bit early? Then we will gladly check you in if the room is ready. If you need a guaranteed early check-in, the price is 100 DKK per extra hour. Just tell us a day in advance.
Check-out time is at 11 AM. But you can stay with us a bit longer for 100 DKK per extra hour.
Dogs
…are very welcome! Just give us a heads up prior to your visit.
All dogs get a special The Note styled welcome kit at check-in – just to make them feel more like home.
The price for bringing a dog is 300 DKK per night per dog.
Please note that dogs are not allowed in the breakfast retstaurant according to Danish Health Authority.
Extra Bed
Do you have company? Bring an extra friend, partner, someone else’s partner – we never judge – for 300 DKK per night. We also have cribs for 150 DKK per night. Extra beds and cribs must be requested before arrival.
Lobby Bar
Please stop by the lobby bar! We serve wine (all the colors), beer (drafted or bottled), cognac, whiskey, soft drinks – everything your heart desires. You will also find chocolate, chips, and other snacks. The bar is open until 2 AM – but our kiosk is always open.

Parking

Do you feel like doing absolutely nothing on a fine Sunday? Stay in your (hotel) bed all day – watch TV, snooze, look at Vejle from your window, order pizza, cuddle up with your travelling companion. It’s completely up to you.
Late check-out at 5 PM on Sundays for only 200 DKK.
